Coinbase Pro, the US subsidiary of popular crypto exchange Coinbase, announced the listing of Voyager Token (VGX) on the 17th.
As per the blog post, Coinbase Pro will begin trading of VGX, Voyager’s native token, on November 18, 9:00 AM PT. The exchange is offering three trading pairs, specifically VGX-USD, VGX-USDT, and VGX-EUR.
Voyager Token is an Ethereum-based token used to incentivize users of Voyager centralized exchange. VGX holders get several benefits such as staking rewards and receiving cashback.
Soon after the announcement, VGX coin surged 70% over the past 24 hours, taking its price above $4. Price levels remained relatively stable after that, with its current value standing at $3.98.
In addition to the new listing, Coinbase Pro had listed Alchemix (ALCX), Ethereum Name Service (ENS), Gala (GALA), mStable USD (MUSD), and Power Ledger (POWR) on Tuesday.
