Crypto.com partners with Italian Serie A
Crypto.com, which handles cryptocurrency exchanges and payment services, announced on the 6th that it has signed a partnership with Italy’s professional soccer league Serie A. It has been revealed that it will issue its own NFT (Non-Fungible Token) collection during the final match of the Coppa Italia (Italy Cup), which will be held on May 19.
Crypto.com is the first cryptocurrency exchange to sponsor a professional soccer league.

Serie A is Italy’s leading professional football league. So far, star players representing Japan such as Kazuyoshi Miura, Hidetoshi Nakata, Keisuke Honda, and Yuto Nagatomo have also been enrolled.
Serie A has also become the second sports organization to issue NFTs in collaboration with Crypto.com, as Crypto.com has issued limited NFTs for the F1 Aston Martin F1 team in the past.

According to the official announcement, Crypto.com will be sponsoring the Coppa Italia final, Atalanta vs. Juventus, scheduled for Wednesday, May 19th. He also said he intends to release a number of NFTs to commemorate the finals, including official trophies and highlights of the finals.
In addition to the NFT in the final of the Italian Cup, we will continue to cooperate in NFT-related fields.
Regarding the partnership with Crypto.com, Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo commented:
