The South Korean government recently published a report on cryptocurrency crimes in the country. From news sources in the country, Yonhap has been collecting data from this report and evaluated the crypto-currency attacks over the past two years. These researches show that a total of 2.3 billion dollars have disappeared in the process.

According to official data shared in the country, there has been a lot of crypto money attacks in this process. 132 criminals and crooks were arrested for regulating these attacks. The number of people who were not imprisoned or detained but still sued against them is 288.

South Korean Justice Minister Park Sang-ki, a month ago, made harsh remarks about the country’s crypto-currency thieves, stressing that such criminals should not be given.

The fraud in South Korea led to a heavy blow to the country’s cryptocurrency sector.
