Gautam Navlakha accused of Bhima Koregaon violence was linked to Hizbul: Police

Mumbai. Gautam Navlakha, accused of Bhima Koregaon violence in Pune, was in the relationship with the Pakistani terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen. This information was given by the Pune Police to the Bombay High Court on Wednesday. According to the police, Navlakha was connected with Kashmir’s separatists and all those who had relations with Hizbul.

The police has demanded from the High Court that the release of Navlakha should be banned so that necessary investigation could be completed in the case. However, the court has asked Navalakha to increase her arrest till further order and give her protection. Lawyer Aruna Pai and advocate Yav Chaudhary, advocate of Navlakhla, on behalf of the state government, spoke in front of the court.

Navlakha demands removal of all charges from court

Aruna said in the court the basis of the charge sheet of Pune Police, “In Bhima Koregaon investigation, it has been revealed that arms were supplied to the Maoists through Pakistan’s terrorist organization.” Navknak, the accused of the Urban Naxal case, filed a petition in the High Court seeking an end to the case registered on him. The High Court had asked the state government to keep its side.
