Hash DasH announced on May 30 that it will start handling “Digital Securities / Shibuya Jingumae Innovation Office”.
The investment target property is a complex office building located in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. According to the release, the first floor houses cafes, restaurants, galleries, etc., and the second floor and above are shared offices. In addition, through the introduction of renewable energy, we are conducting environmentally friendly building management.
The security token (digital securities) application unit is 100,000 yen per unit. Utilizing blockchain technology, we will provide a wide range of investment opportunities in real estate in central Tokyo. Furthermore, in the future, we plan to actively develop security tokens (digital securities) other than real estate.
