Security agencies have given an intelligence input on the possible terrorist attack in Ayodhya, after which this religious city has been on high alert. According to top security officials, intelligence information has been told that terrorists can enter Nepal from Uttar Pradesh. All incoming trains and buses are being searched and the hotel, lodges and guest houses are being monitored. Officials said, “We are taking high security measures because the verdict in the case of terror attack in Ayodhya in 2005 is going to be announced on June 18”. On June 5, 2005, a terrorist attack was foiled in Ayodhya and the security forces had killed five militants. In the case, four Kashmiri terrorists were arrested.
The Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray is going to Ayodhya on June 16 with the newly elected 18 Lok Sabha MPs of his party. Shiv Sena’s Uttar Pradesh President Anil Singh said on Friday that the newly-elected Shiv Sena MPs are reaching Ayodhya on June 15, while party chief Uddhav Thackeray has expected to reach Ayodhya on June 16. He told that Thackeray, including MPs, will worship Lord Rama. The Administration has got permission in this regard. Uddhav Thackeray went to various religious places to visit him. Now after the party’s good performance in the elections, he will go to Ayodhya and worship him.
