New Delhi: Bihar will play an important role in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Bihar constitutes 40 seats of the Lok Sabha, which will prove to be the decisive factor for the coalition of every party and center.
This was the reason why BJP President Amit Shah had given permission to CM Nitish Kumar to give a list of his wishes during the seat sharing even after age old political differences . 68-year-old CM Nitish Kumar has been ruling in Bihar since 2005. In 2013, he separated himself from BJP because the NDA had declared Narendra Modi as a candidate for the post of PM.
Although in the 2014 elections, the JDU got only 2 seats, despite this JDU was given 17 seats i.e. 50-50 seats sharing with BJP.JDU chief holds command for 15 percent votes, which plays a key role in the victory.
