Business intelligence company MicroStrategy has become a well-known investor in the Bitcoin Industry. Making yet another large purchase, the firm has acquired an additional 1,914 BTC, worth roughly $94 million at an average purchase price of $49,229.
The company acquired the tokens during the period between December 9, 2021, and December 29, 2021, making them likely MicroStrategy’s last Bitcoin purchase of 2021.

During the phase, Bitcoin remained relatively stagnant, ranging between $47,000-$50,000. At press time, the currency was trading at $47,491.94, up by 1.48% from the previous day and down by -19.32% from the previous month.
As of Dec. 29, the firm held 124,391 bitcoins acquired at an aggregate purchase price of $3.75 billion and an average purchase price of $30,159 per BTC, inclusive of fees and expenses. Before the latest acquisition, MicroStrategy bought 1,434 BTC between November 29 and December 8.
MicroStrategy is currently the largest publicly traded company in terms of Bitcoin holdings, followed by Tesla and Galaxy Digital.
