After spending the last few days in silence, despite constant customer charges, Nubank finally announced this Tuesday, a policy of helping customers in the amount of R $ 20 million.
The measure was announced on the company's official blog:
“We target our marketing budget for the next 2 months and other efficiency gains, around 20 million reais, to help our customers who need it most. And we are training our Xpeers and calling on partners to find ways to do even more for you ”, says the text.
Among the promised help is the company's service team that will assist customers in conversations, things from the pharmacy, doctors and ways to entertain children.
Nubank entered into a partnership with iFood, Rappi, Sírio-Libanês (not yet available), Zenklub and Zee.now, which will provide food credits to online consultations by psychologists and therapists.
The main billing from customers, which is the request to extend the invoice, was not addressed.
