- Eighth partner in Agro-based company of Aarti, wife of cricketer Sehwag
- Aarti said – My signature was used in the agreement, which I never did
New Delhi Former cricketer Virender Sehwag’s wife Aarti filed a complaint against her business partners on Friday. According to him, the participants borrowed a loan of Rs 4.5 crore from their loyal signatures. The police has registered a case of fraud.
Indeed, Aarti is an Agro-based company of Sehwag. There are eight partners in it. Aarti complained that the partners used my husband’s name in front of the lenders and took a loan. He also gave two postdated checks to the lenders.
I have not signed – Aarti
Aarti said that the company failed to repay this loan. After this, the lenders filed a case against me in the court. During this process it was revealed that my signature was used in the agreement, which I have never used. This was surprising for me. On the complaint of Aarti Sehwag, the police registered a case against the accused under section 420 (cheating and dishonesty), section 468 (forgery), 471 (forgery documentation) and section 34.
