Mediapersons masking the Parliament session noticed Members of Parliament and Ministers sleeping in the course of the debate on the financial slowdown within the Rajya Sabha.

In a video that has gone viral, a MP is seen dozing off whereas the Finance Minister was talking. As she proceeded along with her reply, one other MP was additionally noticed sleeping.
